What shapes us

Despite all our talents, we unfortunately remain stuck far too often in life below our talents and potential/opportunities. We live a life far from our wishes and sometimes even experience ourselves as excluded or feel a seemingly insurmountable strange distance to others and to ourselves.



We are all shaped from an early age by the expectations of our nuclear family. These are values and unwritten family laws that have a profound influence on the way we live our lives. They can control us in a dominant way, especially if we are not aware of them.

In most cases, these are at least beliefs that have been passed down through generations. It can sometimes be very difficult and exhausting to shake off these "external" voices and listen to your own "inner" voice.
